I am a dedicated and motivated professional with a strong background in international management and client relations. With a Bachelor's degree in Management from Almaty Management University and an Erasmus+ exchange program in International Management from Gustave Eiffel University in Paris, I have gained a global perspective and a solid foundation in business. Throughout my professional experience, I have worked as a Client Relationship Manager at XM (TP SERVGLOBAL), where I made significant contributions to the team's efforts by achieving targeted results. I also played a key role in creating a social environment for events through social media. As a Start-Up Manager for the Save Tuba Project, I successfully built a sustainable management team and developed a strategic project plan. I was responsible for defining potential market areas, creating a project prototype, conducting product testing, and successfully distributing the final product to the market. Additionally, I have worked as a Project Manager for a Sustainable Development Goal project, focusing on developing international relations between the United States and Kazakhstan. Through aerial inspections and qualitative interviews, I identified environmental problems and developed sustainable solutions for recycling.

As the Director of the Carrier Center at Almaty Management University, my role is all about shaping the career paths of our students and strengthening our university's connections with various industries. Here are some of the key responsibilities I have in this position:
• Strategic Vision: I'm in charge of setting the direction for the Carrier Center, making sure our goals align with the university's mission.
• Student Guidance: I work closely with students to understand their career aspirations and provide them with the resources they need to succeed. Whether it's helping them find internships, improving their resumes, or preparing for interviews, I'm here to guide them.
• Building Industry Relationships: I establish and maintain connections with businesses, organizations, and alumni to create opportunities for our students. This includes securing internships, co-op programs, and job placements.
• Career Development Programs: I develop and oversee programs that enhance our students' employability. This includes organizing workshops, coaching sessions, and networking events.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: I use data analysis to track our students' career outcomes and adjust our strategies to ensure their success.
• Mentorship Initiatives: I facilitate mentorship programs that connect students with experienced professionals in their desired fields.
• Resource Management: I handle the budget, personnel, and resources of the Carrier Center to ensure we have what we need to achieve our goals.
