Operations IT Engineer

- Implementation, maintenance and support of e-commerce solutions (e.g. web shop Interfaces support; monitoring and updating all web shop instances, follow up inconsistencies and troubleshooting; supporting third party connections; providing IT support, etc.)
- Keep tracking of inventory projection and identify business needs accordingly (e.g. warehouse capacity expansion, write off management, etc.)
- Provide functional and configuration expertise in support of SAP ERP and related applications (e.g. invoice and order related customer support; monitoring interfaces, troubleshooting; updating and managing sales order and return sales order, backorder management etc.)
- Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional specifications, process flows
- Managing contact to external partners (organizing and facilitating meetings with internal counter parties; Implementing procedures and monitoring compliance; Cost controlling and optimization , invoice release, etc.)
- Ensure reliable system operations and efficient issue resolution
- Support and management of cross functional projects and continuous improvement activities (i.e. UDI Implementation, Returns Process Implementation)

Business System Administrator

- Supporting Office 365 support
- Supporting Webshop interfaces support (Shopify, Warehouse Interfaces and applications)
- Identifying system problems, developing solutions, ensuring full quality assurance testing, and implementing solutions
- Administer and monitor syncs/integrations between sales tools and other internal systems spread across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product
- Act as the first level support for end users for system, master data and interface related topics

Network Administrator

- Monitoring the network and conducting weakness testing
- Responsible for installing, implementing, and updating software and security applications
